George Adams, CPA

George Adams is a CPA and operator CFO who helps growing companies scale their finance teams. He holds a bachelor's and master's from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a FINRA Series 27 licensed FINOP. He began his career in valuations at Ocean Tomo before joining M1 Finance as their first business hire, where he owned all FINRA and SEC financial reporting and supported the CEO through Series B, C, D, and E fundraising rounds that took the company past a $1 billion valuation. George founded Adams Bridge Partners in 2021 after identifying a clear gap: growing companies need someone who can walk in and build the finance function, not a distant advisory firm. Since then, he has led finance for companies collectively valued at over $1 billion and led capital raises totaling $500M+ across equity and debt.
